His time in the world of high-performance sport has offered him invaluable insights into the realms of physical fitness, strength, endurance, and overall health management.


As a certified health and wellness professional, James specializes in preventative care. His credentials include Accurate Automated Blood Pressure Management, ACEhub CPD in ECG 101 and Spirometry 101, BMJ Learning Certificates in Blood Pressure Reading and Spirometry Fundamentals, and completion of SRW Aging Well Modules 1, 2, and 3. James is adept at conducting accurate health screenings and functional movement assessments that play a critical role in early detection of health-related issues.

An advocate of technology in wellness, James is certified in the use of Fit3D, a cutting-edge tool for body measurement and analysis. In addition, his certifications in Functional Movement Systems (FMS Levels 1 and 2) and the Y Balance Test (YBT) enable him to identify physical asymmetries and limitations that could potentially lead to injury.

Jenna Cunneen, an esteemed Director, Performance Coach, and Registered Psychologist, is the driving force behind BeChange and MindFlex. Her impressive academic portfolio includes a Master’s in Applied Psychology (ABA), a Postgraduate Diploma in the Practice of Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a NZ Registered Psychologist, showcasing her deep knowledge in the field.
